It’s clear from the get-go he knows this business, he's unassuming, respectful, and extremely helpful. He explains the options and his recommendations and I felt he was looking after my best interest to protect my house. I later found out he’s the owner-operator of his self-built business and he’s hardworking on the job site to custom form each individual gutter on the spot and then climbing the ladders and installing side-by-side with his crew members.
