Staff was professional, courteous and prompt. The Technician explained all the work he did and how proper maintenance on our part would help our A/C system work at its best. He also pointed out areas that needed improvement in the drainage system that revealed not so great work by the people (not going to say who) who initially installed our A/C system a few years back.
