Met with John to get the estimate, then Travis coming out to get final measurements to the awesome installers!Evan, Sam and Jay! Such a great group of men! "My big Jacuzzi tub had to turn into a big walk in shower". Demolition done next day started the buildout. Day 3 the shower was done! Phil and Bee were courteous, communicated well- I am so pleased with them and the work . High regards for skills, cleanliness, and "friendly professionalism". Not pushy but worked within our budget.His team worked steadily for the full day ripping out shower tile and walls. I was able to see progress as new wall went up. They communicated well to let us know when they would be in site and were easy to talk to with our questions about the remodel.We were super impressed with the way they prepped the house, they covered all flooring that would be impacted on the remodel. We had 1 tub to shower bathroom conversion and it looks and functions great.They took away all excess material or trash and left the house in good shape. Phil was Awesome. From the beginning when we did a walk through, he explained each step including time frames which he met. He checked in with me frequently to make everything was as I expected. When his work order didn’t include a sink installation he just said don’t worry. It was installed without changing the time frame or an upcharge. He and his team, Gerson and Kathy, were friendly and engaging. Extremely diligent and professional, the work was done quickly and looks beautiful. I’m very pleased and plan to recommend Hill Country Tub to any one looking for bathroom renovations.

We put off having our master shower redone for way too long so using Angi's, we found Hill Country Tub and Shower and we are very glad we did! From Paul with the design team, to Travis performing a detailed quality pre-inspection, to Kevin on electrical and finally to Evan that brought to fruition the design we settled on. We went from a very dark cave style shower to a modern, light and bright shower. We needed a short time cycle on a bath room remodel due to sheet rock damage. I checked around and did online research and found Hill Country Tub & Shower. They had very good reviews and many recent reviews which I was finding atypical vs reviews of others offering similar services.The representative and the project lead were knowledge and were able to answer all our questions. The proposed remodel plan and scope, addressed all the issues and upgrade desires we wanted. They were able to adapt to our schedule. The project lead stayed engaged with us from the initial materials selection, materials order/receipt, and the remodel work.The schedule was adhered to closely, with some time actually ‘recovered when the sub contractor for the enclosure glass was able to shave a few days off the initial delivery date.I highly recommend HCRS, based on our experience during this project!!!

Apologies in advance for my novel.We have now used Hill Country Shower and Tub twice. From our initial meeting we appreciated the clear communication regarding pricing, materials and the scope of work with no “commit today and we’ll knock 20k off the bid” like some of the of the other contractors we had met with for the first project. When it was time for the additional remodel project we only made one call and it was to Hill Country.With both projects there was excellent communication throughout the process about what would happen and when. This was a constant throughout both projects with Phil and his crew on the first project and Evan and crew on the second project. Both times the work was completed professionally, timely and with great care to keep the “job site” clean with steps taken to keep the rest of the house clean.We are very pleased with HCS&T and will use them yet again in the future.
