I would like to highly recommend the physiotherapist service at Results especially Mary. I have received excellent treatment to resolve my hamstring issue which was impacting on my personal life and my training journey. Mary was very patient, supportive  and diligent with me. The treatment involved massage, cupping and acupuncture. I am now stronger and pain free.

I’ve had tennis elbow since December with a long history of neck and shoulder pain from a gymnastic injury to my neck as a youngster. I have had treatment for my elbow with little improvement. With constant pain in my arm and shoulder I saw the advert on Facebook for Result Align for the offer for a consultation including an X ray.I was given an appointment with Anis Koudri who spent time talking through my problems, followed by an X-Ray. I was amazed to see the findings and relieved to find it was all treatable. Anis put together a treatment plan which I am currently 3 weeks in.I am finally sleeping, in less pain and can see a huge improvement. Highly recommend Anis Koudri!

Dr Mary Mai is fantastic! From initial diagnosis of my shoulder which had limited range and causing discomfort, to the ongoing treatment plan, she has been exceptional. After only 3 weeks I have improved mobility & feel much better. The combination of physio, cupping & acupuncture are delivering fantastic results. The fact that Dr Mai is able to offer such a range of techniques is a huge plus, she can adjust as needed, rather than being limited. She's super friendly, thoughtful & great at explaining the respective steps.

Everyone from Results has been super friendly and professional since day one, it's really a great atmosphere. Everyone on the team has been super helpful working around rather awkward working hours, making sure that I can still get the treatment I need. Dr Lou has worked wonders helping to take away some of the pain in my back and getting my posture back towards where it should be. I couldn't recommend Results Align enough to anyone!UPDATE: After going to Results Align for the last few years, I’ve started seeing Mary for physiotherapy and rate her and her work as highly as everyone else on the team. Together with Lou, she’s helped me come leaps and bounds with my back constantly adapting my care to best suit me!

Dr Ahmad has done an amazing job turning things around since I started my plan with Soham. My hamstrings & abductors were so tight making my every day life & jobs I do regularly at home so difficult .Thankyou for helping me improve my fitness levels &sorting out my problem..

Mary and the team have been wonderful. Mary always adapts the session according to how I’m feeling and has tailored the exercises to my needs. Receiving physio has helped my mobility and reduced the tension in my neck and shoulders.

I have been going to Mary for just under a year. I have had a number of injuries and i was suffering with my mobility, walking, every day tasks and pain.Since i have been going my shoulders, have improved greatly, i was close to a frozen shoulder. My back pain, has decreased greatly. My hips, following an operation, my rotation has improved greatly. I can now walk distances with my dog, no stick. I can garden. I can do everything with ease, which i took forgranted before. I know Mary will take me to the next leval with my fitness. Prior to Mary i was going to a chiropractor, and i had been for many years but it was not touching me(Not at Results). I would not hesitate to recommend Mary, i do frequently. If you want to regain your fitness, please pay Mary a visit, you will not regret it.
