When I signed the contract for my son, I specifically asked whether I would be able to cancel it later if I was unable to continue. The receptionist informed me that cancellation would be possible in the case of a reasonable situation.I am now attempting to cancel the contract for several reasons, including:1) My son no longer wants to attend the classes. Every day has become an argument, and I cannot continue forcing him to attend against his will. Despite this, I was told that they do not care whether my son attends or not and that payments will continue regardless.2) We are moving out of the area. I was informed that I must provide proof of relocation, including documents and a new address, which I find unreasonable given the circumstances.I also made it clear that I am willing to pay a reasonable cancellation fee, and my request was rejected.Based on this experience, I believe this company’s practices are misleading and predatory. The refusal to allow cancellation under any circumstances—despite prior verbal assurances, appears deceptive and unfair. At this point, the situation feels less like a standard contract and more like an attempt to collect money regardless of whether services are provided. This raises serious concerns about unethical business practices and potential consumer exploitation.Parents should be fully aware of what they are signing before entering into this type of contract.
