I have only been taking my son to see Heather at Heroes PT for the last couple months and I am SO excited to already see amazing progess! Heather is knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. Heather is absolutely the best! Our 10 year old daughter, Grace, has been to multiple physical therapists since birth, ranging from Helen Devos Children’s Hospital to Mary Free Bed (top notch facilities that I still highly trust and recommend!). Once COVID hit, we decided to only pursue our school based therapies to keep our girl safe. We have known Heather and have worked with her through our daughter’s school for years and we struck GOLD once she decided to open her own business! Grace has made such wonderful strides in her strength and physical abilities since getting outpatient PT with Heather (over the past 2ish years). We were on the brink of a nasty surgery (bilateral multisite osteotomy of her lower extremities) due to Grace’s bilateral patellar instability, and Heather has stabilized her so much and improved Grace’s quality of life that we have kept delaying the surgery. We just had a follow up with our orthopedic surgeon and he said we are good to follow up in another year!!! Heather will stop at nothing to get your body to do what it is supposed to do! Not only has she done wonders with Grace, but she has helped my 74 year old mom regain her independence after multiple falls/injuries. Her care, compassion, determination, and dedication is beyond measure! 1000% recommend! My only negative is that there is only one of her!!!
