Noa was my service provider. He was great to work with!! Communicated what my car needed and how long the service would take. It was even out earlier than expected. The office was welcoming and I was able to comfortably wait for my service. All staff was very friendly!! They also work with several insurance companies too. Carlos and his team are the absolute greatest at their job! Unfortunately, I have had to get our vehicles repaired for hail damage several times over the years and it has always been quite a hassle. Luckily, this time I chose R1 and it will be the only call we make in the future. They were extremely patient with us during the process of getting the insurance to approve the repairs.The repair itself was amazing. They did an outstanding job in just a couple of days, including replacing the windshield. The car was pristine as well; they took the time to detail and make sure it was perfect when my wife picked it up.I highly recommend Carlos and his team. They take great care in not just repairing the vehicles, but in their customer service. I hope not to need them again of course, but they will be the only spot we bring our vehicles for repair. I recently had my hail damage repair done and the service provided by Carlos and his team was excellent and very professional. I’m so happy I decided to go with his company rather than the one here in my city. I had severe damage on my BMW and now it’s as good as new. He picked my vehicle up and dropped it off after the repair and stayed in clear communication during the process. I took my ram 2500 after getting struck by a deer on the driver side door. Carlos was very clear with the process and explained everything with great detail. I payed for it out of pocket and honestly he gave me the best price after having another shop quote me $4,000 for replacing the door. Which didn’t have to be done. They left my door completely dent less I’m really satisfied with their work. Would 100% recommend!!

We had a serious ding that occurred in a parking Lot... Don't drive your mini to a grocery store!We had multiple quotes that were completely ludicrous, simply because we had a mini.
