Elva is a wonderful loan officer — so kind, patient, and truly supportive every step of the way. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole process feel easy. I’m really grateful for all help.

Elva was absolutely fantastic. She was a clear communicator, always kept out best interests at heart, and found ways to help us find the best option for us. She and her team were very responsive, supportive and always found ways to make themselves available whether we had complicated asks or quick questions. I highly recommend her and her team to facilitate your mortgage.

Elva should be labeled as a national treasure. I approached her with a complicated situation that 2 other loan officers were unable to solve. She not only resolved the complications but I ended up with a great rate on a multiunit property. Elva is solution oriented and highly recommend.
