I was new to hiring for marketing and so I am very slow to hire. I was worried Terri wouldn't have time for me as she is also a working mom. BUT I literally felt like I was Terri's only client. She has always responded to all my questions and asks if not immediately within a few hours. There are many things that makes Terri the best, but two really stand out. She is 100% trustworthy. You NEED someone you can trust on your side with all your passwords and your ethos. The second is she is so freaken resourceful. Marketing rules are always changing and if Terri did not know the answer right away she is humble enough to say she doesn't, but so resourceful in finding the answers. I don't hire know it alls because they get stuck in one way of thinking. Terri will find solutions on top of solutions. p.s I would consider myself a more "difficult" client because I ask a lot of questions and I want to see everything behind the curtain. Not once did she get annoyed. 😂
