Couldn't get car started, DK took my car in, took the time to call me and explain the pricing of the tow and diagnostic. Then called again once the problem was found. Didn't pressure me into other repairs. Respected my boundaries when I told them to just do the repair I needed. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you guys!

I had a flat tire and by the next day they had new tires ready for me and also fixed some other issues my car was having. They also worked around my crazy schedule which I highly appreciate. Will 100% recommend to anyone with car issues.

Very prompt and quick service. I called the company and they quickly sent someone to help tow my car within 40 minutes. I can't be more than happy for the service received. Dylan was professional and courteous in getting my car to the dealership in no time. Very glad I called this company instead of others, highly recommended.

Very reasonable guys, have communicated well with me and were able to get to the diagnostics the first day it was towed there with very short notice. They seemed to have genuine integrity and have been honest and up front so far during the repair. Id recommend-Noah

Incredibly friendly, responsive and quick! I was experiencing car battery issues and they were super quick and efficient with taking care of the jump plus replacing the battery within a couple hours! Dylan answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about what needed to happen to address the issue. I would HIGHLY reccommend DK Auto and Towing!

Friendly staff and quick service. I found a nail in my tire this morning, called in to ask about availability, and they were able to patch it that same day in 30mins. I'll be coming back for any future needs, and would recommend them to others!

Can’t recommend ENOUGH!! I’m not from the area and had a last minute emergency involving a wiring/connector issue (so I thought.) The gentlemen behind this business were kind, helped me understand the options, honest (to the point of giving me options I could do without their assistance!), and just overall good people. Made me feel welcome, heard, and solved my issue quickly! If I’m ever in the area they will be my ONLY call! 20/10 service and character. Ask for Dylan or Brandon - they’ll get you fixed right up!

Overall good experience with no issues or complaints.

Great service and knowledge, even though not terribly fond of Priuses! 😊

Great service! Quick response time, very friendly. Other places told us it would be three hours for a jump start and Devin showed up in twelve minutes. Very reasonable prices.

Ive been bringing vehicles to DK now for a few years and having a reliable car shop is not something to take for granted. Dylan is always quick, quality, and fair. He’s got my wife’s trust and that’s a feat. I would recommend DK auto to anyone in the area that needs their vehicle serviced.

Great service! My wife's care broker down at her work, they were able to tow it to the shop and fix it within 24 hours. They communicated very well and clearly. At no point did I feel like they were recommending services that were unnecessary. Great midwest shop!

Dylan and his team towed+repaired my car quickly when it randomly went out. I was parked in a very tight parking garage as well and he was very accommodating and friendly. I don’t know anything about cars and he was happy to walk through what it needed and why, without pressure to get extra work done 🙂
