Absolute legends!I’d taken my Triton to a number of mechanics trying to sort out some ongoing electrical issues and nobody could properly diagnose it. Even though these guys mainly specialise in auto air conditioning, they were happy to take a look and went above and beyond to help.Rather than guessing or throwing parts at it, they took the time to properly investigate the faults, kept me updated throughout the process, and eventually found and fixed the issues that other workshops couldn’t figure out and for a lot less than I was expecting.It’s hard to find businesses these days that genuinely care about getting the right outcome for the customer, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Their knowledge, persistence and customer service were outstanding.Couldn’t be happier with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for all the effort you put in.

After previously having a very frustrating experience with my Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series air conditioning repairs, I was recently contacted by the new management of West Coast Auto Air Conditioning, and I honestly have to say I am extremely impressed with the way they handled the situation.From the very beginning, the new owner and management team showed genuine care, professionalism, and a real commitment to making things right. After losing a lot of trust and confidence due to the issues I had experienced earlier from the previous owner and management , they took the time to listen, investigate the problems properly, and work through everything thoroughly.What really stood out to me was the effort they went to in order to restore my faith in the company. They put extra time and care into fixing my air conditioning properly and ensuring the vehicle was running as it should. Communication was much better, and I finally felt like I was being looked after as a customer rather than just another job.The new management team also replaced additional air conditioning parts and carried out extra work at no additional charge in order to properly resolve the issue. I am incredibly grateful for the way they stood behind their work and genuinely tried to make things right. That level of customer service and accountability meant a lot to me.To top it all off, when I picked my vehicle up, the car had been cleaned and presented beautifully. It honestly felt amazing to get my LandCruiser back working properly and looking great again. Had a really good experience with WestCoast Auto Air Conditioning.My Holden Cruze had a failed HVAC case assembly / blend door issue which required the dashboard to be removed and the full HVAC assembly replaced. Caleb was very patient throughout the process, explained everything clearly, revised the quote when there was confusion, and answered all of my questions professionally.After inspecting the old HVAC unit myself, I could clearly see the damaged internal components and brittle plastic parts, so I now understand why the complete replacement was necessary.Really appreciated the honest communication, 12-month warranty on parts and labour, and overall customer service. Looking forward to getting the car back.Highly recommend.

We were able to book our vehicle in for an AC fault check without having to wait for days.They called us back to say there had been a cancellation and we could drop it off the next day.They had to keep the vehicle o/night to try and find the fault.No luck as the system wasn't indicating any fault (it had reset itself). Reasonable price for the time they took fault finding.2 days later same issue reappeared.Dropped the car off again and left running this time to try and track the issue.The news this time wasn't so good.They will be getting it sorted but quite a few more $ this time.It has to be done.Fast friendly service and an explanation as to what needs to be done.
