Cornett responded to a weekend service call for an AC system that was not cooling .... The tecnician responded and was on site 15 minutes early .... The technician was knowledgeable of this particular system (Carrier) and performed a series of tests on the outdoor unit.... He checked the digital trouble/failure code and targeted the start/run capacitor.... The star/run capacitor was bad… The technician had the proper replacement item in his service van... before replacing the unit… He told me how much it was going to cost… I agreed to the cost… After replacing the start/run capacitor… The unit started up… With digital gauges… The technician checked the high and low side pressures… And while running, checked the amperage draw on the three compressor wires and the fan… The unit was running within normal limits… The pressures were within normal limits… The technician dated and wrote down the capacitor values on the capacitor so it would be easy for future technicians to identify the capacitor. After putting on clean shoe covers… The technician went inside and checked the indoor unit… he checked the inlet and outlet temperatures with a magnetic attachment digital thermometer..... The technician(Zach) buttoned up the unit… I thought the bill price was reasonable. ..... Before leaving, I request an information on the annual/twice a year system check up from Cornett.. JH

Great experience from proposal through installation. I never felt like a number or just "the next job" to get done. Everyone I dealt with was very professional but casual which made it very easy on me. Nothing was rushed and they took care of everything. Thanks Cornett!

Zach came out to help with our a/c unit, which had some wiring issues. He was polite, thorough and very professional. We have used Cornett before and have always had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
