I cannot recommend Joe Provost and his son, Marcus Provost from ITS, highly enough. From the very beginning, they demonstrated what true professionalism, dedication, and craftsmanship look like. They arrived promptly at 9:00 AM exactly as promised and immediately got to work. What initially seemed like a straightforward projector installation quickly turned into an extremely challenging project because of the way my media room was built. There was little to no attic access above the room, making it incredibly difficult to run the HDMI and other wiring from the back of the ceiling to the front wall. Instead of taking shortcuts or giving up, Joe and Marcus patiently worked through every obstacle. They carefully drilled multiple access holes where necessary and used fish tape to painstakingly pull the wiring through areas with almost no access. Every time they needed to make a decision or create an additional opening, they respectfully asked for my permission first and explained exactly what they were doing. What impressed me the most was their work ethic. They worked continuously from 9:00 AM until approximately 11:30 PM without wasting time. They didn't disappear for long lunch breaks or leave to work on another job - they stayed focused on my project the entire day. Even after nearly fifteen hours of physically demanding work, they remained patient, professional, and determined to find the right solution instead of the easiest one.At one point, they realized the already-installed 150-inch projector screen would have to be removed because hidden wood framing and other obstructions inside the wall made it impossible to complete the wiring as originally planned. Although this meant undoing work they had already completed, they handled it without complaint because they wanted the installation done correctly rather than cutting corners. By the end of the evening, they had successfully pulled the HDMI cable through, even though it meant leaving temporary openings in the drywall and ceiling. Before proceeding any further, I asked them to pause the project so I could have the drywall repaired and painted before the final installation. They completely understood and were more than willing to accommodate my request. As promised, they returned on the scheduled day to complete the installation. They mounted the projector on the ceiling, reinstalled the 150-inch projector screen, connected everything, carefully aligned the system, tested every component, and made sure everything was working perfectly before considering the job complete. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about delivering a high-quality result rather than simply finishing the job.Joe and Marcus are incredibly knowledgeable about projector systems and home theater installations. Their experience showed in every step of the process, especially when solving unexpected challenges that most installers probably would not have anticipated. They remained calm, methodical, and solution-oriented from start to finish. It's rare these days to find contractors who are this punctual, hardworking, honest, respectful, and committed to doing things the right way. They treated my home with respect, communicated clearly throughout the project, and never compromised on quality despite the significant challenges presented by the builder's construction. Thanks to their persistence and expertise, I now have a beautifully installed ceiling-mounted projector and 150-inch screen that works flawlessly. If you're looking for someone to install a projector, home theater, or any AV equipment, I wholeheartedly recommend Joe Provost and Marcus Provost. Their professionalism, integrity, patience, attention to detail, and incredible work ethic truly set them apart. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future projects.
