Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I was blessed to deal with everyone from Brandon the sales to Kate in customer service as well as the GM Rob. They were very helpful understanding and consistent. I lost my father unexpectedly, and I had to go from Los Angeles to McKinney with a complete move of full a one bedroom apartment. They legitimately gave me their best service. They called the day prior to let us know the time of arrival, came on time for moving day and started with prepping the house to protect hard wood floors throughout the home as well as the walls. Absolutely positively the best moving experience ever. Professionals, hard working, FAST, careful, thorough, friendly and kept me posted every step of the way. The first estimate was made and clearly indicated fair pricing, then I sent a revised description of my move and they came back with another closer estimate. Then we picked the date, they confirmed immediately, sent contracts and worked with my coop building for the certificate of insurance required. Then they called two days before to finalize the estimate and told me the movers would call the day before the move for a time range and the day of the move when they were on the road. Everything happened exactly as promised. I cannot recommend this company enough. My team was led by Gregory and I was so fortunate.
