Hello , I just want to let everyone know this company is the best most reliable, responsive, trustworthy , and professional company around . They were amazing in every way possible.Sarah and her crew were impressive it was mind blowing. Great moving experience. Robert checked with me at the beginning of the move and every few hours thereafter to ensure we were happy. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I was blessed to deal with everyone from Brandon the sales to Kate in customer service as well as the GM Rob. They were very helpful understanding and consistent. I lost my father unexpectedly, and I had to go from Los Angeles to McKinney with a complete move of full a one bedroom apartment. They legitimately gave me their best service. The best information I can give you is be patient understanding and nothing is ever easy, but America’s First Moving company will definitely do their best to satisfy you and I mean literally satisfy!!! AMB were wonderful!! The moving contractor I called, messed up and sent them a day early, when I was only halfway finished packing. I was flipping out and in tears. Johnathan and Eulices with their hard working group did a great job for us! We have a large move with our things going into storage prior to a move of a house. They called the day prior to let us know the time of arrival, came on time for moving day and started with prepping the house to protect hard wood floors throughout the home as well as the walls. These gentlemen were professional, polite, never stopped working to even rest! We found it to be a very good experience because of the expertise and team work of these men. Absolutely positively the best moving experience ever. Professionals, hard working, FAST, careful, thorough, friendly and kept me posted every step of the way. The first estimate was made and clearly indicated fair pricing, then I sent a revised description of my move and they came back with another closer estimate. Then we picked the date, they confirmed immediately, sent contracts and worked with my coop building for the certificate of insurance required. Then they called two days before to finalize the estimate and told me the movers would call the day before the move for a time range and the day of the move when they were on the road. Everything happened exactly as promised. I cannot recommend this company enough. My team was led by Gregory and I was so fortunate. My family used AMB Moving and Storage for a last second move. They were great about honoring our need to move quickly.
