I have had my hurricane screens now for several months now. From the first phone call to final installation...... seamless. I use the screens on my lanai (3 sides) daily. I have a west exposure in the afternoon and I use the screens as a partial sunshade, as well as added security nightly. Highly recommend the hurricane screens to protect you and your family.

I cannot rave enough about the Magnatrack screens! We could not love these screens anymore. They are amazing. When they are closed not a drop of rain gets to our lanai. They block out the rain, sun and heavy winds almost kike a glass wall. Doing business with Florida Outdoor Living was extremely pleasant. The customer service and follow up is impressive. I highly recommend this company and this product!!

Our experience with Florida Living Outdoor has been phenominal. Kip and his entire team are very professional. They arrived when scheduled, worked tirelessly in the heat and cleaned up after each step. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. We love our MagnaTrak system. Our patio faces West. When a storm comes up suddenly we can easily deploy the screens in a few seconds. Keeps the hot afternoon sun at bay also. I highly recommend Kip and his team at Florida Living Outdoor to install the best system available. Plus, my great grandson of 20 months is fascinated watching the screens go up and down.
