Zen Dry is an amazing company. Earlier this year, my house flooded with rainwater. Zen Dry was recommended by my insurance agent for mitigation. They were extremely responsive, and right away I was impressed by Julie, who assessed where the moisture was and installed the mitigation equipment. I decided at that point I wanted to use Zen Dry for the entire mitigation and remediation process. Julie, Martin, and co. fought my insurance company (who will go un-named) on my behalf when they drug their feet approving the claim, attempted to deny coverage, and delayed dispersal of funds. Zen Dry coordinated with AdvantaClean (another stand-up company) to remove all items from the affected areas of my home while remediation occurred. Zen Dry did a beautiful job restoring my home to better-than-before condition. If you want a company who is responsive, who will fight for you, and who will do a professional job in an expedient manner, call Zen Dry. I really can't say enough good things about this company. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Zen Dry not only solved a major problem, but they also made a dream come true! I had been wanting to get some work done to my home for quite sometime, but never took the time or believed I could get what I needed done within my budget. Zen Dry made that happen for me after I had a water leak from my HVAC. As soon as I called, they were in my home the next day making sure the leak did not spread or create mold. They worked with me and my insurance company which was taking their sweet time. In the end, I was able to get a total restoration of my upstairs hallway, walls, stairs (which was long overdue) and a new install for my floors downstairs! I love the work they did and their team communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Zen Dry for all your restoration needs and any additional service they offer that meets your needs. You won't be disappointed!

Be certain you are clear when contacting this company of what you're being invoiced for vs.what you actually get. They removed the moisture barrier from my crawl space during the water remediation process and charged my insurance for R&R which means remove and replace but never returned even after their scheduler Julie called me to make an appointment but I could not commit to the one day and requested the following week instead after missing several days from work already accommodating their schedule. I phoned and emailed them however my attempts to resolve with them were simply ignored. When they were in sales mode the called 2-3 times per day. Now I can't get a returned call once they realized they weren't doing my rebuild.The last conversation I had was that I should get my contractor to replace which means I'll have to pay twice for something that they were already paid to do. The next time I spoke to them the completely avoided making a commitment to come back and stated they'd call be back but never did.I guess since my insurance has already paid them they don't find it necessary to honor their own contract.Now I'm concerned because there is a damp musty odor coming from the area because it wasn't completed.

Huge water leak that spread to the bathroom laundry room and closet. They were quick to come out and determine the best route with removal. They are working very well with my insurance and myself.
