Update: As of September 25, 2026: I have my den back!! Dry, clean, and safe! As of today, August 28, 2026: I have walls, insulation, a ceiling, paint, and carpet again!!🎉🎉If it weren't for the swift mitigation that Zen dry assisted with the same night, I'm convinced things would have been a lot worse.I'm in the process of going through boxes from the items that were taken off site so things are still a little topsy-turvy. But my den is no longer naked!I had a slight issue with people who came in to hang the drywall and do my buildback. I contacted Toya at Zendry to handle it, and I didn't have a problem after the first time. She has been with me every step of the way, including answering my same questions asked in five different ways from the middle of the day to the middle of the night. No huffing, no hemming, no hawing. Just absolute phenomenal customer service! I have never felt alone throughout this entire process from the day that the ceiling collapsed all the way through!Absolutely superb customer service. Toya and her team are knowledgeable, reassuring, from the beginning of the ceiling collapse, throughout the entire experience of an asbestos abatement.Questions answered no matter how many times or ways they are asked; guidance given on different steps and how things were going to or should be progressing. The companies Zendry partners with were overall exceptional as well. From the abatement company to the off-site salvage company. I had minimal loss (exception of the entire room and living), but all my children's photos, from babies to graduations to military ceremonies were all saved!)Things started May 23rd when the catastrophe was discovered. We're in the home stretch with the sheetrock and mud drying now July 31st.I've never felt alone throughout the entire process of all the different companies that have had a part in the entire experience.I actually have more then a slight glimmer of hope and that I will actually be able to have my fall and winter decor out and enjoy my comfy family room again soon!Words aren't enough to thank you!

Was worried about possible mold our bathroom wall. ZenDry was able to come out and inspect things and determine if mold was present. Fortunately there was none. The weight of worry that was lifted from me was tremendous.They are awesome and I recommend ZenDry to everyone.

Toya is the best in the biz by a long shot! Been working with her for 10+ years now. Called her one night at 10:30 b/c a Customer here in Ga had a large oak tree in their master bath and bedroom from a storm that night. Not only did she answer the phone, but she was at a concert in Chicago on vacation. She had someone at my customers house within the hour, tarping and removing the tree in the dark. She’s the best!!
