The job was done on time and he did a fantastic job. The install looks great and all the work with the moulding looks great as well. The installation part is obviously very important but it's also nice to deal with someone friendly and passionate about doing a great job on your house. I was unsure about working with new contractors and I have had bad experiences in the past. I needed to replace my laminate floor and redo my 2 bathrooms. My situation was pretty complicated filled with frustration with the approval of this flooring project, there were a lot of difficult circumstances aroused by my strata management and this company has been helping me all along the way with prompt response. I was panicking with all the new and special rules that I have never heard of with the strata but Kyle was so calm and responsive all the time. Unfortunately, we had to stop the flooring project midway due to the challenging strata council rules and I was unable to experience the real flooring project which I believed would be great as well by how well they have been following up with the project so far.
