Nats knowledge is un beatable matched with a genuine care for his customers safety and vehicle concerns while looking after their back pocket not over charging and always completing jobs on his quoted time! When you’re road tripping in a 7m van and it breaks down, the last thing you need is mechanical services that say they are too busy to fit you in for a diagnosis. Nat at John Res was a saviour…after 13 calls he was the only one who took us on and gave us an immediate diagnosis. Not only that he then committed to get us back on the road and looked after our home away from home while it was repaired. Can’t recommend them enough. So very thankful for their generosity and commitment to good service.
