When you’re road tripping in a 7m van and it breaks down, the last thing you need is mechanical services that say they are too busy to fit you in for a diagnosis. Nat at John Res was a saviour…after 13 calls he was the only one who took us on and gave us an immediate diagnosis. Not only that he then committed to get us back on the road and looked after our home away from home while it was repaired. Can’t recommend them enough. So very thankful for their generosity and commitment to good service.

I dropped my car here last minute when it wouldn't start and they were able to diagnose the problem straight away, fix it and have it back to me within 2 business days. They called me and all prices given to make sure I was okay with it all before doing any work on it . So so grateful. The John Res team here made room for my Ranger to get some urgent repairs. I am doing the Oz Nomad lap, So they also gave the vehicle a great look over and tidied up a few items that they found.
