I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris, Brittany, and their entire team. They helped me through one of the most difficult and emotional experiences of my life, and I will forever be grateful for their kindness, compassion, and professionalism.I unexpectedly lost both of my parents within a short period of time this spring. In addition to dealing with the heartbreak of losing them, I was faced with the overwhelming responsibility of cleaning out and selling their home, which was filled with 50 years of memories and belongings.I initially listed the house with another realtor for three months, during which time there were only two showings and very little progress. When Chris reached out to me, I decided to make a change, and it was truly the best decision I could have made. Chris stepped in, took charge, and sold the house incredibly quickly!This was far from a straightforward real estate transaction. Both of my parents had passed away, the property was located in New Jersey, and I was handling everything as the administrator of their estates while living in Pennsylvania. There were numerous complications, but Chris and his team handled everything with patience, professionalism,and genuine care.Brittany, from Chris's office, was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, coordinatinginspections, communicating with the title company, navigating the complexities of the estates, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was always helpful, responsive, and reassuring. I truly cannot thank her enough for everything she did.One of my biggest challenges was getting my parents' house completely cleaned out. Living out of state made it difficult, and emotionally, it was heartbreaking to sort through and dispose of belongings that represented a lifetime of memories. Chris recommended a local company, RNF, to help with this enormous task, and I am so thankful he did!The gentlemen from RNF were absolutely wonderful. They agreed to meet me at the house at 10 a.m. on a Sunday, arrived right on time, andimmediately got to work. What impressed me most was the care and respect they showed toward my parents' belongings and the sensitivity they demonstrated toward my situation. They understood that this wasn't simply a house cleanout—it was my parents' home, filled with memories that meant the world to me. They were compassionate,hardworking, dependable, and incredibly affordable. I genuinely don't know how I would have completed everything without their help. Chris's recommendation was truly invaluable.What sets Chris and his team apart is that they don't just sell houses—they genuinely care about the people they are helping. At a time when I was grieving, overwhelmed, and trying to manage so many responsibilities, they made an incredibly difficult situation so much easier.Chris, Brittany, and everyone involved went above and beyond my expectations. Sandra was a phenomenal realtor to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, flexible with availability and supportive during the searching process, the closing and even after everything was done, she is still offering help!!! Sandra is not just a great realtor but a great person. She has an extensive network of professionals to recommend (i.e.lenders & inspectors) and she can either answer or find you the answer to any question you may have. She even got us the blueprints for our condo! There is nobody in Wildwood that I would prefer working with, I highly recommend Sandra for any of your realtor needs!!!

Joe Ferzoco of The Ferzoco Group was our realtor, he showed us approximately ten properties in the Wildwoods until we my wife and found the one we loved in Wildwood Crest NJ and purchased! During the entire process Joe was extremely knowledgeable, honest in giving needed input and he always was responsive to our calls and texts. Joe's assistant Brittany was created from the same mold, she was able to resolve any hurdle placed in front of her which made the process of buying less stressful. They both were an absolute pleasure to have in our corner and anyone and everyone would be lucky to have them on their team. The Ferzoco Group are the BEST!!!!!!

We bought our Cape May beach house remotely from PA, and Kyle and his team made it seamless. When inspection issues came up, they handled everything, contractors, documents, and all the parties, and kept us moving to closing. Responsive, organized, and always in our corner.
