A few months ago our church was looking to purchase a house so we needed an agent. Thankfully, we were able to have Kyle Marucci as our agent. He guided us through the whole process, showed us 4 different houses, and was patient with a church which had members with many opinions. Simply put, Sandra Pipitione is in a class by herself and there is a very wide gap between what Sandra does compared to others. We realized very quickly that SANDRA IS AWALYS THERE!I've been fortunate enough to purchase several homes in multiple states and while many of those agents provided a great experience, Sandra has redefined what GREAT looks like and has set a new standard. My recent purchase in Sea Isle City was seamless beyond measure despite limited availability between my wife and I. Sandra had a very thorough understanding of what we were looking for and where we were willing to make concessions - both in location/structure and financial - that enabled her to represent our best interest with very limited disruption. At the same time, we always felt like we knew exactly what was going on and when a "best and final" was really a "best and final". The result was impressive as we were able to secure a deal for less than asking on a brand new home while the neighboring unit - NOT REPRESENTED BY SANDRA - had just sold for ~$100K more. And, we were able to get some additional upgrades to the house!It doesn't stop there. Post the purchase, Sandra was still there and available in a moments notice to deal with everything that comes with purchasing a new home. Most recently and due to the frigid weather conditions, it was Sandra that I called to check on the house and, as you would now expect, Sandra was there ...SANDRA IS AWLAYS THERE!Thank you so much Sandra for being someone that we can always count on and for all that you have done for us!

Due to my mother’s illness, my Father and I had to sell their condo in the Crest. Thou it was bitter sweet to let go, I have to say that we have had a positive experience with the Ferzoco Group. Especially Brittany, Joe & Shannon. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They have been amazing during the entire process of closing on my parent’s condo.Not only were they always completely transparent with what needed to be done , they also understood that we had family obligations here at home and they have been so accommodating. Brittany and Joe were always a phone call or text away and Shannon always kept amazing contact through email.
