monday 8/17/2026 receptionist on the phone is super slow, low energy and unprofessional. “um….okay? what?” etc etc. bring the other woman back, i feel like im talking to a stubborn teenager. i asked her to fax something and she says “okayyy.. it should be done like… sometime in the morning..” it’s 9am. faxes are instant lol

Dr Chu was absolutely amazing my kids really loved meeting her and feel extremely comfortable around her . She was genuine and very caring and listened to my kids.

Front office staff is always helpful and easy to deal with. Doctors and nurses are great with children. Appointments have always been on time. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with kids.

Burlington Pediatrics is the best of the best! I was a patient of Dr. Ruben’s as a child and now I bring all 4 of my kids to him. He is caring, and kind has wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel like family. I cannot recommend his practice enough!

I was a patient of this office as a child and now my three children all come here under the care of Dr. Ruben. I loved this office when I was a patient here and I love it as a parent. Staff is kind and helpful, quick to answer and questions or needs and very easy to get in for sick visits with no wait to be seen.
