A bigggg thank you to Elijah Ridley @ Matt Libby Insurance in Cookeville. Back in November '25, through the ACA, I accidentally signed up for a BCBS plan that is not accepted anywhere in town. I realized as much when my doctor called and said they had "run my insurance" and I was "out of network" for the first time ever (I have used ACA since 2019). In a panic, I looked for (Googled) local ACA Specialists, found Elijah and straight up cold-emailed him out of the blue. He invited me into his office, talked me in off my proverbial ledge, and sat patiently with me as we figured this out together. He was kind, helpful and did all of this at no charge. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for his support. I am now back in the BCBS Network I should be, which Elijah and I figured out through conversation and looking over my plan and income (I am a 1099 Freelancer). If you are having trouble navigating the ACA, confused on which plan to pick, etc., call Elijah!!! Even if he can't help you like he was able to do for me (tricky, tricky ACA!), he is knowledgeable and can tell you where you stand, any options you may have, and he'll do so with a kind attitude. Very friendly, knowledgable, and patient service. I noticed the agent handling the client ahead of me made sure he covered all details and didn't rush to get to me. When it was my turn he was just as thorough and made sure I clearly understood my options. I am extremely pleased with my plan and their service.
