Dr. Taylor is a miracle worker!! My hip flexor was a complete mess and began wreaking havoc on thigh and knee. The muscles were so tight I could barely raise my leg off the ground. After one session with Dr. Taylor, he had me feeling like a brand, new woman! The pain was gone, and my range of motion improved drastically! He even gave me some exercises to do at home to help with long-term recovery! Dr. Taylor also took some time to discuss some other problem areas and what we can do in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor, I feel sorry for you if you go somewhere else!

This was my first time doing physical therapy, so I didn’t really know what to expect—but it ended up being a really positive & informative experience. Dr. Taylor Foster took the time to thoroughly address the discomfort I was having & I left feeling much better. I also walked away with a better understanding of how to prevent it from coming back during my training sessions by getting to the root of the issues.

Dr. Foster is the best physical therapist I’ve seen in a long time!I have been struggling with pain in my right knee, due to arthritis, for several years. None of my previous providers ever paid attention to my glutes until today. During today’s first PT session with Dr. Foster, I learned that the origin of my knee pain was coming from my glutes. Dr. Foster taught me a lot of useful exercises to practice in order to strengthen my glutes. I’m so happy that I found a provider who really took the time to listen to my concerns. This guy really knows his stuff!Don’t waste your time with anyone else.
