I recommend the Plumbing Doc for your plumbing needs. Over the weekend I had an old toilet that started leaking on the floor. I called the Plumbing Doc and Jarred came out an hour later.
He was very honest with me that my toilet was very old and that he could get the new parts but it would be cheaper if I bought a new toilet.
He told me he would not charge me the service fee that night to come out but when I got my new toilet he would come back and install it for me.
He came back 2 days later and installed it. It took him about 30mins and he took the old toilet and trash with him. He charged me the service
fee to come back out and install it.
The whole process was so easy and affordable.

Upon completion another call was made to me informing me of its completion. Civility and professionalism are unexpected these days and I received both along with work done on a timely basis. Edit: We've used them on several more occasions, maybe five or six more times. Rehabbing a foreclosure can certainly have hidden nightmares and they've come to the rescue each time. Yesterday, it turned out not to be a plumbing problem but rather a botched sink tile job. Not sealed correctly and remaining water between the sink and tile continued with small leaks. They diagnosed the issue at no charge.
I've got them on speed dial!!! A huge thanks here!!!
