Installed copper lines and crimped, leaked, cut the copper line to retourque the fitting and put in a quick connect and said it was code to have one. If I wanted quick connects I would have done it myself. Also the strap buckles were backwards I could pull on them and they came loose easy. I had to switch the strap buckles so they stayed taught. Nice guys though

Threatening me to tow my car with his unmarked company truck, then starts attacking my car for no apparent reason causing damages to my front end, the way the “owner” handle the situation was crazy it was like arguing with a little kid. Had a nice young man by the name of Jarred come out to fix a previously fixed water faucet which was still leaking. He quickly recognized the problem and got his tools and repaired it to my satisfaction. He took his time to insure that everything was clean and correct. The plumbing doc by far is the best plumbing company in town. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Ricky and Mike came out and diagnosed my plumbing issues and then got to work. These guys are experts!! What I thought was a simple toilet install turned into something much more involved with tree roots growing up into the line. They took care of it. Fast. There is no way that The Plumbing Doc can get anything other than five stars. Imagine this: Toilets and showers back up at 5 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. Call home warranty and they say that they will have someone out on Monday. Ummm, sorry to be gross, but between three people in this house, someone is going to need to use the bathroom between now and Monday. So that's not going to work. So at 5:30 I do a Google search, I find The Plumbing Doc, and I make a call. I was told that they would have someone out within an hour. TEN MINUTES LATER, there is a knock on my door. He left at 6 p.m. You read that right. Our plumbing backs up and after dealing with home warranty nonsense, we called, tech showed up, and we were clear to enjoy our bathrooms within an hour. THAT'S AMAZING!!! Also, Tim, the technician, was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff. Didn't finish the job they started. Tried to charge for work not completed and for work they never did. Then called inspector after they left a incomplete job.

Try calling at seven in the morning on a Tuesday apparently they are not open 24 hours because no one will answer their phones so I have to call a different company

We recently had the miss fortune of needing some major plumbing work done on our 58 year old home. The sewer line under the slab was blocked and not allowing the kitchen sink to drain. This prevented my wife from doing the dishes, I would have been fine dining on paper plates and having my wife wash pots and pans in the tub. After waking up with a bump on my head and a dent in my favorite cast i... More

We recently had the miss fortune of needing some major plumbing work done on our 58 year old home. The sewer line under the slab was blocked and not allowing the kitchen sink to drain. This prevented my wife from doing the dishes, I would have been fine dining on paper plates and having my wife wash pots and pans in the tub. After waking up with a bump on my head and a dent in my favorite cast iron pot, I realized I better call a plumber. I got three estimates for the job with all three being close in price. However, Tim with the Plumbing Doc came across as the most knowledgable and offered a one stop shop to get everything back better than before, such as new tile in the bathrooms, a remodeled shower (huge) and even new tiles for the rest of the house along with a new kitchen counter top and back splash. As the job progressed, it was brought to my attention that the main water lines were in pretty rough shape, did I mention the house was 58 years young. Needless to say, it would have been poor judgement on my part not to replace the main water lines at this time. At this time all the plumbing work has been completed and was done on schedule. All the plumbers and helpers who worked on the project were a pleasure to deal with. I will post a follow up review once all the retailing work has been completed. I am happy to say, the bump on my head, is getting smaller each day, the cast iron pot, had to be thrown out. Less
