Oh my god, don't spend $800, or even thousands on a mattress, the one Greg sold me was $500 and is a dream! It's a medium firmness and has me sleeping all day and night long, I never want to get out of bed, it's beautiful. Greg was very helpful, accommodating when I had to change the time of delivery, he helped me put the mattress on the frame, overall lovely guy. I highly recommend buying the one I have, you will forever be in heaven, such amazing quality! Get a good mattress topper that's thick from Harris Scarf, bamboo sheets, nice doona cover and you're laughing. Mine was all a gift actually, thank you gorgeous Felicity and thank you Greg and the team at mattress by appointment, very happy sleeper!

We recently purchased a medium firm king size mattress, i waited about a week for the review to test the mattress before. Well I have to say that my back pain has significantly decreased. The bamboo layer on top is really good and make you sleep amazing, we also purchased 2 memory pillows. Thanks to Greg, which was really professional and let us try few mattresses until we found the one that suited us. Highly recommended.

I wish there were more stars to give! Greg helped me out of a real pickle when I bought a mattress in a box that didn't work for me, and found myself with no way to get the very heavy item down three flights of stairs. I really appreciated being able to go to his actual real-life warehouse and test out the mattresses to source a replacement, rather than buy online. Greg was super helpful and wonderfully patient as I took aaaages to decide (over two visits) on my mattress. I got a great deal on a beautiful medium-plush (the perfect combo of firm and cloud-soft) and FREE DELIVERY, which involved Greg helping me out with the old mattress and taking it away to be responsibly reused or recycled, and hefting my new mattress up the aforementioned three flights. Real old-fashioned, above-and-beyond service. I am so appreciative and so thankful the whole palaver is over and I'm having sweet dreams on my lovely new bed. Can not recommend highly enough!

I made an appointment with Greg for a Saturday morning and he willingly accepted. When I went in he provided a range of high quality mattresses.He took time to explain each and every one. I was given the opportunity to test them as well. After about an hour of testing I chose the one that best suited me for comfort and budget. There were more comfy once but they were over my budget! We then completed the transaction. As promised he delivered the mattress and base to me the following Saturday morning to my home and even placed it in my room. Mind you, I live approx. 100klm. Away from his shop in Moorabbin.I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a mattress, check this place first before purchasing. Thank you Greg.Your service is what makes the difference.
