Can’t recommend highly enough. Signed up with Ian for 28 day program a few weeks ago having not trained for a number of months following a shoulder injury. Ian has been able to tailor my program around this and give me the kick start back to exercise I needed.

its an amazing studio, j train with jay there and its so much better than a gym and all equipment is brilliant to i have never been happier and have noticed my training has come.e on leap and bounds since training here.
