Sorriso Dental

Worst dental experience of my life. Before We started with this dentist, we stated that we were on a very fixed budget, and did not want any 'surprise charges'. We needed to know upfront of any costs related to our needs and asked for help in working with the insurer to avoid things they would not cover. Everything was going fine until the work was 99% done and they told us we owed $1400 that the insurer would not cover after they gave us preapproval. I called the insurer and they stated it was a problem with the dental office changing the code, but Sorriso denied that and the financial lady, Joyce, became very rude. I could tell that she kept putting me on speaker phone for some reason. She told me that it was not her job to work with my insurance. Not only would they not take credit for this, they turned me into collections before the 30 days even expired. So, I am now on the hook for $1400 payment that i did not have room in my budget for. I spoke with Joyce, who was very rude, and then I spoke with the owner, who was also rude, and couldnt have cared less about the issue. They also sent me a letter saying that my family was no longer accepted at their clinic. This is the worst dental experience i have ever had. Avoid this dentist as they are rude, expensive, and will not work with your insurance. The owner being rude was the icing on the cake. This is not a family friendly dentist.
