I had a great experience with Dr. Achey for a knee issue that has been chronic but recently with acute pain during certain exercises. He actually observed how I moved and identified something in my technique that I modified and my knee felt more stable for it.The next day I put it to the test during my workout and can confidently say I am able to resume most of those exercises that have been problematic for years. I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to finally build strength and definition in my legs instead of constantly working around pain. I am thankful to be feeling better, but even more encouraged that I can finally make progress again.I am extremely grateful for Dr. Achey’s insight and appreciate his thoughtful, individualized approach to rehab and training.PS I can’t leave out his recommended exercises - they’re part of my warm-up to keep this all working!

I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to work with Emily. Last year I made the decision to take charge and properly invest in changing my health. I had reached a point where I was not feeling right with my body, in which I was experiencing inflammation, brain fog, and increased weight gain despite having a consistent gym routine. After meeting Emily, I had lab work completed in which the results gave me more insight as to what’s going on with my body. My results showed I was in the prediabetes range. I expressed my concerns and discussed my goals with Emily. With her knowledge, experience, and support, a customized plan of care was created. Had the pleasure to meet and work with both Emily and Aaron. I've had a history of IBS-constipation for about 5 years and every physician and dietitian/nutritionist I had seen never really helped. They would normally recommend the default diet or basic recommendation for IBS which doesn't work for everyone. Lucky for me I found out about their practice and it felt like working with professional humans instead of your typical bot provider in the industry. Emily was very attentive and listened to all of my issues and what I had tried, what I hadn't tried, what I think gives me more discomfort vs what doesn't, etc... Emily was able to put me on track to lessen my IBS symptoms and I'm really happy with the diet changes I was able to make. I also worked with Aaron because I've been suffering pain in my left hip and leg along with sciatica symptoms. This problem was aggravated a few years ago after a hip surgery that brought me no benefits. I've also had neck pain that was preventing me from working out regularly. I would normally trigger tension headaches after exercising anything of the upper body. During my first meeting he listened very carefully when I explained my history of surgeries and prior PT work so that he could get a better idea as to what could work better and what could flare up the areas of discomfort. We dedicated the first sessions with massage therapy, then dry needling and then finally hit the gym to start trying out workouts and exercises. Aaron recommended new stretches and exercises to try and see if it would cause me more pain than relief. By the end I felt a noticeable progress on my neck discomfort as I stopped getting headaches after a regular workout. My hip pain hasn't completely gone away, but I've had more relief with his recommendations in the 2 months we worked together, than I did for 3 years after a hip surgery where I was not getting much help from my provider/surgeon. I had a great time working with both of them, really friendly throughout the journey and I would recommend them any day :)

OK, as we all know everything great you learn about these days is found on Instagram, I mean seriously! You know that’s true, and that’s exactly how I learned about Arron and Emily. It was an Instagram ad about shoulder pain, which coincidentally I’ve been living with the past 25+ years. (Man that algorithm is good.) Over the years I had done everything I could to fix it and honestly I had pretty much given up. I have done chiropractic, I have done acupuncture. I have worked with other PTs and nothing was fixing my shoulder issues. It turns out what I really needed was the combination of Arron’s exercises and workouts to improve and increase my mobility over time, and Emily’s functional medicine to reduce the inflammation and improve my overall health. The combo is incredible, and honestly if you can’t afford to do them both…. Start with Emily and get your nutrition right! This will also help loads with the workouts and exercise portion of getting to a better place for you. Truly, They are both incredibly good at what they do, however the change to my eating habits, the consideration of what I’m eating, and why I’m eating it as far as diet goes, this has done the most to put me in the best shape of my life. The shoulder is only better because of the combination of the two; eating right AND working out, and that was definitely my goal. However eating right, and cleaning up my diet has changed everything, sleep, energy, pain, needless to say I can’t recommend these guys enough. They’ve been awesome. If you know me, you know I don’t do reviews, but I’m doing this one because I know they can help you like they helped me.

First off, I am not a “review” guy. In fact, I think I have given (publicly) maybe 1 or 2 reviews for a service I have received in 20 (+/-) years. But, after the incredible experience I had with Dr. Aaron, I felt I had to share it with as many people who will listen. I had surgery on both my shoulders in 2016. Right was a simple “repair” of my rotator cuff & my left shoulder was a “rebuild” including a “trapezius transfer” by an incredibly talented Dr from University of Utah. The “T2” (Trapezius Transfer) is when the Orthopedic Surgeon takes a piece of my trapezius & literally rebuilds my entire rotator cuff with it. Long surgery. Long recovery. I had 15-20 hours of physical therapy (basically useless). But, it never got back to a baseline range of motion or strength. Fast forward 2023 & Dr. Aaron. I had 2 visits with Dr. Aaron & my expectations were “limited” to say the least. However, after meeting with Aaron, he intently listened to my concerns, addressed the best path for success & gave me “homework” to do with the best exercises/recovery methods to do pre & post workout. In total, we had maybe 2 hours of in person training. His training program for me was easy to follow (not easy to do, nothing worth doing is ever “easy”), and the results I am STILL getting are nothing short of incredible. My overall experience with Dr. Aaron was fantastic. He is personable, funny, serious when it comes to his work & definitely is honest with your expectations. You only get out what you put in. And, Dr. Aaron made it possible for me to start my “real” shoulder rehab almost 8 years after surgery. Thank you Dr. Aaron.

I have had severe muscle spasms in my back and shoulders for years, pain from a car accident, and have been unable to exercise or weight lift for years. I saw 2 doctors, a surgeon, a masseuse, and a chiropractor and the problem was not fixed or decreased. Finally I came across Dr. Aaron’s advertisement for his practice and decided to give a physical therapist a try. It was a god send, he completely resolved the issue. I can work out again, it is life transforming, I thought I’d never be athletically active again. It was about 15 sessions, he really knows his stuff. I also had a session with Emily the nutritionist and that was equally as transformative as far as energy and feeling better. Definitely recommend it, wish I found them years ago.

Whether we realize it or not, the single most important thing in our lives is our health. I think many of us want to be healthier, but often times through either underuse or overuse we suffer an injury. Coming back to the place we want to be, or getting somewhere new that we haven’t been before requires a roadmap and a navigator. As someone that has a high mileage body that has played very hard for a good number of years, I have been fortunate to work with Dr. Arron for the past 18 months. As a physician myself, I feel I can recognize a very gifted medical professional. One of the things that has so impressed me about Dr. Arron is that he has gotten to know me as a person and has helped me come back from several injuries to still be able to maintain a high level of athletic pursuit. He has been a great coach, friend, and healer during this process, treats me in a very caring manner, and is very respectful of my goals as an individual. This is truly personalized and professional training of the best kind. I think we all want to be fit and healthy, and don’t always know the best way to go about that. Dr. Arron is very insightful at recognizing and correcting injuries and the imbalances that we all have, and is very positive and supportive in helping us to reach our goals.
