Kendell was amazing to work with as we sold the home we'd lived in for 15 years and purchased a new home in Louisville that would be suitable for multi-generational living. She listened carefully to our needs, offered professional and practical guidance, was responsive to all of our questions along the way, and helped get quick answers to our questions. It was clear that she cared about helping us price our home appropriately to sell quickly and maximize our proceeds, and to find the perfect home for a new chapter. And, she's just a great person who helped make a stressful process less so. I look forward to working with her again soon to help my mother sell her house!

Kendell Nash is absolutely amazing! From the second I met her I felt at ease and knew O was in excellent hands. This has been my first home buying experience, and she has been a fantastic resource to have by my side. She is down to earth, honest, and transparent. Buying a home (I have discovered) can be exciting as well as stressful. Kendell has patiently answered any and every question, and when I was overwhelmed she was able to share her own personal experiences to help put everything back into perspective. I will highly recommend Kendell as your realtor. She doesn’t push you through the experience, but walks by your side every step of the way. Nothing but the highest of praises from me for this wonderful woman.

Real "winner" we got here in a realtor who acts like a bully online. Can't imagine that's who you'd want representing you as a seller or buyer.

I would never recommend a realtor who finds it acceptable to harass people online through laugh react emotes. It's immature behavior that I would never condone or encourage and if this realtor feels that kind of childish behavior is acceptable, then she's not fit to serve clients in any capacity.

She was the most helpful resource in the purchase of our house! Very willing to help explain what needed to be done as a first time property owner :)

I recently had the pleasure of working on another great real estate transaction with Kendell, and I can confidently say she was fantastic to collaborate with. Her timing and communication throughout the process were excellent, keeping everything moving smoothly from start to finish. She took extra time to thoroughly explain each step to the buyer, which really showed — the buyer came to me well-informed and with a clear understanding of their financial responsibilities. That level of preparation makes a huge difference in ensuring a successful closing.I truly appreciate Kendell’s professionalism and dedication to her clients, and I look forward to working together towards many more closed transactions again in the future.

Kendell helped navigate the sale of my home by talking through options I had, what to expect in the process, and taking steps to get my home in front of the right buyers. Her and her team communicated weekly updates once my home was on the market and provided insights to get me through closing. I appreciated her thoughtfulness and consideration throughout the process.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Kendell and her team. She taught us things as first time homebuyers didn’t know. She made sure our wants and needs were met. She was with us for every step of the home buying process. Highly recommend her, especially if you know nothing about this process! Her commitment, knowledge and hustle is unmatched!
