Matt’s Mixology was truly one of the best drink experiences I’ve ever had! The planning and preparation were exceptional, customer service wonderful, and the experience with the mixologists day-of was unmatched. Mark was extremely knowledgeable but in a very welcoming way to those of us who haven’t been in the trade 20 years - we had so much fun with him and Felicia! Our group had a wide variety of unadventurous drinkers all the way up to high-school-mixology-club-founder, and Mark balanced everyone like a champ. I would definitely hire again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend the extra hour!!!

Matt's Mixology has completely spoiled me for cocktails anywhere else in Denver. I swear the guy must be part magician — every drink that lands in front of you looks effortless, but the second it hits your tongue you realize there's serious craft behind it.What gets me every time is the balance. Nothing is ever too sweet, too boozy, or too sharp — he finds that exact point where every ingredient is doing its job and none of them are fighting each other. And the body of these drinks is something else; they're never thin or watery, there's this silky, layered weight to them that makes you want to slow down and actually savor each sip instead of just drinking it.You can tell he's not just following recipes — he's actually tasting and adjusting as he goes, like he's got some internal sense for exactly what a drink needs. Ask him for a recommendation and he'll basically read your mind.If you're in Denver and you care even a little about a well-made cocktail, you need to go see Matt. Ten out of ten, would drink again (and again, and again).

I am a property manager, and invited Matt's Mixology to host a resident event at the community. Matt provided an incredibly fun and engaging class for all participants, and the drinks were great! I definitely recommend.

For my sisters birthday she hired Matt & he was fantastic; super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the whole experience so much fun. The drinks were great, we learned a lot, and by the end of the class everyone was definitely having a good time. We chose 3 drinks to make: Salted Caramel Expresso Martini, Butterscotch Old Fashioned and The Oaxacan Mezcalita. The drink I made myself is posted in image alongside my review!The night was a ton of fun. He even joined in on some of the party tricks alongside us. He went above and beyond just teaching the class and really helped make the whole night feel like a celebration.It was such a comfy atmosphere and easily one of the highlights of my sister’s birthday. We’d absolutely do it again and would 100% recommend the experience to anyone looking for something memorable for a celebration.

Matt is an absolute legend, and the cocktail class was so much fun. He coordinated literally everything so that I could just enjoy my birthday with my friends.He brought a lot of knowledge and great energy to the class. We did three different cocktails, and I feel so much more comfortable mixing and matching drinks for friends at home now.Literally everyone told me how fun the class was and how happy they were that they came. Definitely the highlight of the night, and just set the overall tone for, legitimately, the best birthday party I've ever had.Thank you so much Matt! Our experience was fair. I offer the following formative feedback... We walked in and there wasn't much effort made to welcome us. We were eventually given a table and settled in. Once the program got started, there was unnecessary use of profanity, we counted about 15 F-bombs from Matt during the opening remarks (maybe he was nervous?). After we started mixing some drinks, it was more enjoyable and we had a good time. However, at the end, Matt pulled out a Tips bucket, this was very tacky in our view for a program that cost $200 plus a 250ml bottle of bourbon. We didn't tip!!

We hired Matt for a corporate event with about 15-20 people and he hosted a fun, engaging afternoon! Highly recommend. Everyone learned something new and had a great time. Matt was super responsive and easy to work with.
