Natalie was absolutely amazing! I had an issue with my pool water late Saturday afternoon and I called BLUE PLANET Pool As they said, their hours were till 8 PM on a Saturday night! I thought this was too good to be true, but nonetheless she answered the phone and said i’ll be there within two hours to look at the water and treat it if necessary. She showed up was absolutely wonderful to deal with such a vibrant, wonderful personality! She tested my water and everything was fine. When I asked how much I owed her, she said there’s no charge for the visit. I just cannot stress how incredible it was to have such a highly professional and supportive level of service! I recommend them without hesitation… They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and operate with integrity. They are Are the standard to There you gowhich ALL companies should aspire!
