Restoration 1 of Middle Georgia repaired damage under my house caused by a leaking water pipe. They always arrived at scheduled times and worked diligently while on site. The remediation process included drying under the house, removing and replacing the existing vapor barrier, removing mold and mildew, and installing a crawlspace dehumidifier. Restoration 1 was recommended to my husband and I by a friendly friend when we needed to get some quotes for mildew treatment while selling our home. Trey Holland was incredibly professional and accommodated us quickly with our busy schedules when working with us to come out to our property to provide quotes for both our attic and crawl space. Mr. Holland answered all of our questions and provided us with several service options based on the needs of our property. My house flooded and we call Restoration 1 thinking they were going to be there the following day, but they showed up to my house within 45 minutes of the call. They set up all their equipment the same day and came back the next day with even more equipment acting very fast to prevent any serious water damage. They Explained everything they were doing and why they were doing while at the same time advising on what to do next to make the process very simple and cost efficient. I am really glad we got to work with them.

Trey, Zach and the entire team are fantastic! We woke up the morning after Christmas to a water leak that spread between the kitchen and living room. From what I could see of the soaked floors, I knew we needed to call a professional. Within 20 minutes of calling we had someone at our door ready to assess and mitigate! Not only do they mitigate, but they also handle the entire repair process. They walked us through every step, answered every question we had and handled the whole insurance claim process. Restoration 1 even took the time to sit and talk over new flooring options and offered thoughts on color and pattern. Lastly, and most importantly, they are kind and honest. Helpful and respectful every step of the way. Couldn't recommend Restoration 1 enough!

They Responded immediately to my call and told me exactly what to expect.The ceiling in a bedroom had been damaged by water and fell in on top of the bed and carpeted floor. They immediately removed the damaged ceiling contents of the room and the carpet, padding and flooring. The drying process started immediately and it was completed in a few days!
