They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They even went above and beyond by accommodating changes during the project, all at a reasonable price. It was a completely manual and labour-intensive job because the site was inaccessible for equipment, yet the quality of the work was excellent. The before picture shows a brown box of our balcony. When in the balcony you couldn't see anything. Also the curbside appearance was terrible. The after picture demonstrates the transformation to a beautiful encasement that is inviting and really compliments the whole house.During the process, as each layer was removed we encountered various surprises of hornets, ants and rot.
