We used Danice for signing on a real estate purchase. We have worked with a lot of notaries over the years and Danice's services far exceeded expectations. She is prompt, responsive, prepared, professional, and is familiar with all of the necessary real estate documents. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

In my line of business I work an environment that deals with customer service and I’ve been in this industry for over 30 years and I want to say you would be a fool not to use the services of DANICE Solomon as a notary. Her customer service is exemplary. Her patience is more than I have in a lifetime but I must say she carries herself very professional. She listens and is very knowledgeable about documentation she’s presenting or signing off with you.. I wanna say thank you in the process of helping me understand the forms for selling my home that I have been privileged to live in for the last 18 years, raising a family of three. It is a bittersweet moment, but this young lady made it a great Memory I would have for the rest of my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
