I looked at their website It had a 3 tier plan it looked affordable so I called. That is not what we do I was told. We come out charge you almost $400 for a 3 month guarantee THEN we will do monthly fees. It is not what your website says. I do not do business when deception is at play Less

I had a problem with Pincher bugs this year it was awful. Mcveen N Sons came out very quickly and have been out multiple times to make sure the problem is taken care of. Price is fair for the warranty and time they put into coming out. I haven’t seen anymore since the last visit. Less

I highly recommend this local company! We have 2 dogs that have their regular topical flea/tick medication but still managed to bring in fleas. We called late at night once we noticed a couple in the house and they responded immediately and came out that next morning. They were extremely kind to us and we felt like we were in the best hands possible. I personally appreciated that they arrived in low-profile normal vehicles rather than one with a big bug logo all over it, to keep our privacy and embarrassment to a minimum. Just really nice people. If I could give them TEN stars I would. This company has been nothing but accommodating & respectful since day one. When I first called, they were the 6th company I had called for a quote. It was a Friday late afternoon/early evening. Not only were they VERY reasonable priced, but they came out that evening! They were very prompt & professional. They explained everything in detail. After the 1st treatment, I saw improvement. If a job ran over & they were running late for my appointment, they always called and let me know they were running a little behind. Their communication was 100% AMAZING! When they had to reschedule, they gave me plenty of notice and got me rescheduled for the very next day. I had to call them again after my 3rd spray into my 3 month guarantee. No questions asked, they immediately got me scheduled. They've been so patient with me changing my appointment days/times 4 times in a week. One of the gentleman came to my house just to personally follow up, see how things were going and gave advice/recommendations on what to do after the next spray. Every single time I've called they've ALWAYS answered me NO matter the day or time. Anytime I text they ALWAYS promptly text back.They do an AMAZING job. BUT they don't have super powers. So if they run out the office & forget the phone, their human!!!! Maybe they were running behind & don't want to be late to a clients house.
