We contacted Water Boy after dealing with years of dirty city water. Mike and Barb answered all our questions regarding water in general. They put together a whole house water filtration system based on our particular needs. We have had it installed for two weeks now and we are loving everything about this system, the taste of the water, no more ruined washed clothes and the softness of my hair and lack of dried out skin. We are so grateful for clean water and not having to carry in heavy jugs and bottled drinking water anymore. Mike and Barb really know their water, are not pushy in any way and so very personable and easy to work with. They get back with you quickly when you call with a question. I wish we would have found out about Water Boy much sooner.I am not tech savvy so I will just add to my original review from last year. I contacted Mike at Water Boy to get new filters for changing out the old ones. Mike came right away with what we needed. My husband and I cleaned the membrane which is designed to grab onto any mud and sludge. When we cleaned it before inserting it back, I took a picture of just how dirty our city water is here in Milton, WV. The water was so dark you could call it dark brown or black and had an extremely oily feel. Poured that water down the toilet and it left a stain looking residue in our toilet bowel that flushing would not get rid of. Some dark water also splashed out in our tub and that had to be thoroughly bleached and cleaned as well. I don’t know what all was part of that dark water, I just know it was sickening to think prior to getting a filtration system, we were drinking it daily. Mike gets back with us right away when we reach out to him. I am attaching a picture of just how nasty the membrane was. Mike advised us to clean it more often so it will be less dirty and easier to clean. I am sure glad Mike thought to include the membrane as part of our water filtering system. The city water here is unbelievably filthy.

Have used a counter top Berkey filter system since the water crisis in Charleston several years ago. A close friend recommended upgrading to a whole house filter system and was happy with hers from Water Boy. She referred Mike to us. He thoroughly explained the options available and we chose a system that fit our needs and budget. It is a game changer having filtered water from all faucets/shower heads in the house. If you are in the market for a whole house filtration system (everyone needs one) I would recommend Mike and the products he offers.

These water filters are life changers. I can tell a big difference on my skin after a few weeks of just using them. Having a clear Conscience of knowing I have clean water now is a great feeling. A great company to deal with, some of the nicest people you’ll meet. If you are considering filtering your water this is the company you’ll want to do it through. Also having clean drinking water is a bonus in its self. Give them all call, you won’t regret it!
