Clean, well maintained boutique gym. The owners really care about the space. The environment is very friendly and supportive, always good music playing. It's never too crowded, even in peak times I hardly had to wait for equipment. And, personal trainer Peter is fantastic, always professional and fun to be around. Can't recommend this gym enough!

I love the vibe at CMD! If you’re looking for a boutique gym with good equipment, super clean and fantastic staff you should definitely check it out. The gym is never too crowded and I always feel motivated by everyone else working out while I’m there.

I’ve been going to CMD Athletics for a few months now and my experience has been awesome. The gym is super clean & has a cool aesthetic vibe. Definitely better than the big box gyms.

Highly recommend CMD Athletics. Their equipment is new, modern, and they have everything I need for my training. The gym is extremely clean, and the overall environment is welcoming. Devlin and his staff are knowledgeable and respectful, and they do a great job running the gym.

CMD Athletics is such a unique spot to work out in. The gym has everything you need to get a great workout in. I love how the gym is not as busy as commercial gyms so I’m never waiting on equipment. S/o to all the amazing staff members at the gym for the hospitality and showing me how all the different equipment work. Love the atmosphere and we’ll definitely recommend!

Love this gym! It’s so clean and the aesthetic is perfect for filming. The owner Delfin is an amazing trainer and treats everyone like a VIP member. The trainers there are extremely friendly. Plus, tons of equipment to get a solid training session.
