My parents recently completely a partial knock down, full extension, and full restoration of their home through Patten & Grant. Open and transparent communication throughout the whole process, the tradesman were of the upmost quality but also very communicative, understanding, professional, and absolutely beautiful people to deal with. There was open communication throughout the whole build so we felt safe and secure knowing what was happening and what was going to happen. The quality of the build was the best we've had and we couldn't be happier with our new home. We had open conversations about a full knock down/rebuild, a partial, and a restoration and Patten and Grant worked with us openly and honestly to help us make the best choice for us and for the property we were working with.
