Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. Upon entering, the staff member greeted me and instructed me to remove my shoes. Due to the noise outside and the door closing, I did not hear her clearly and politely responded, “Sorry?” so that she could repeat herself. While she did repeat the instruction, she appeared visibly annoyed and made a facial expression before turning away, which I found unprofessional and unwelcoming. After confirming my booking, I also informed her that I opted for buff and shine only, with no nail polish. She then prepared a foot soak for my pedicure. However, she immediately began cutting my fingernails without soaking my hands first, and no hand soak was prepared at any point during the service. This was unexpected, as soaking is typically part of a proper manicure process. The entire service felt rushed despite there being only one customer in the salon at the time and was having her brows done. I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the manicure and pedicure. The finishing was not done properly, and my nails lacked shine even after the buff and shine service. I had to request that my fingernails be buffed again. The same issue occurred with my toenails, which also appeared dull after the service.Although the staff member redid them upon request, it was completed very quickly and the results were still not up to the standard I would expect from a professional nail salon. For a total bill of $76, I expected a much higher standard of service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Instead, I left feeling disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the treatment provided.I did not manage to catch the technician’s name, so I am unable to identify her specifically. However, I would like to clarify that it was not Anna, whose name (and photos) I noticed mentioned in some of the online reviews. Definitely, not returning. (Le quest outlet)
