This place is amazing. I had been going to Smoke City for Less forever; love that store as well. Darren and his employees are just about the nicest and most helpful humans you could find in the customer service arena. Like seriously. They have always went above and beyond. AND their prices were lowest around. That is, until I stumbled upon this place. Cigar And Vape beats out SCFL by about .25 cents. Now you might not think that is much, and it’s not, relatively. But after a year that .25 cents becomes dollars. And the employees at Cigar and Vape are awesome to. Super caring and nice. Plus massively knowledgeable. They were out of my brand of chew one time and one of the employees, A.J., actually called my cell and left a message to let me know they had their stock back and everything was available!! That is some serious customer service man to say the least. So anyway, I will be going to this place for as long as they stay competitive with SCFL. Oh yeah, one more thing, I met the owner, I think his name is Bobby. He is super nice to. Funny, smart, and attentive to his store. OK first thing I wanna say is the customer service there is amazing everyone there has been really polite and very knowledgeable of all the you know utensils and everything I had to ask about anything to do with dab rigs, you know bongz and everything they had an answer immediately and the dab rigs in the bongs are made so well that it took like I’m clumsy and I’ve dropped each of my bongs probably 10 or 12 times and they finally broke after like 12×13 times of dropping it so yeah great quality stuff and the crew. There is amazing. Do yourself a favor and do your shopping there.

This place is incredible! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products, and are willing to help you find what you're looking for while also providing advice on new and similar products! HIGHLY recommend!! I was helped by Lauren on my last visit, she told me she had been working there a while and her knowledge definitely shows!! Lots of super knowledgeable people, especially if you are just trying out new stuff.

Love this store! Not only is their prices better than Smoke City and other places; and they even price match if you find it cheaper somewhere else, if it’s not already cheaper! They have very sweet and knowledgeable staff! I feel like other smoke places find it annoying for suggestions or normal questions, but Richland Cigar and Vape staff not only love answering your questions, but helping you in anyway they can! Since I spent over $50 they had me spin a wheel for a deal and I got free $5 torch! Definitely coming back and I HIGHLY recommend people to come here!

Extremely friendly staff. Store is organized, lots of choices, and store is an overall inviting vibe. And one huge factor is customer service, one thats normally hard to come by , was not an issue here, they were knowledgeable about any questions and super helpful. Again, just awesome customer service and genuinely friendly. Highly recommend! I know I will definitely be returning.
