The old epoxy floor that I had done,by a different, higher priced company, only lasted 5 years!!! It started to peel up, and after no help or suggestions from the original company, I called the epoxy pros. Very professional they came out real quick to get me an estimate back deposit terms were great. They were able to start and finish within the same day. Very nice crew working with him and extremely reasonable with a few changes that we had made and his price reflects amazing work would definitely recommend him again. Our garage looks amazing.

Went with the lowest estimate and got the lowest quality job. Floor was not prepped correctly, cracks were not filled, expansion joint was covered. Flakes just chucked into one of the cracks. It just got even worse when we could start to walk on it. There are many spots that have chips sticking straight up creating sharp edges. Think stepping on a Lego feeling. Forget about walking on the floor with bare feet or socks. Their solution to fix the problem was to say "wait till late Oct. or Nov." for partial refund or fix.Your response was laughable. First of all you and I never discussed anything before the job or during the job. I called your office and your secretary quoted the job after asking me a few questions. I told her we had cracks and pitting and she said it would all be taken care of. (As it states in your agreement as well) You most certainly should have walked away from the job. I had 5 other companies tell me it was going to be a two day job and you were done in 3 hours. You never offered to come back the next week to fix the floor, otherwise we would not be where we are now. Your constant reply to solutions i offered was "wait till late Oct or Nov."

I received quite a few quotes for my garage floor. The young lady who came out was very nice and professional.Unfortunately, I had just injured my knee the night before and was in a lot of pain.She was very understanding and didn’t pressure me to make a decision right then.Minutes after she left, a gentleman showed up. I was on crutches and taking pain medication, and it was obvious I wasn’t in any condition to make a big decision.Despite that, he pushed hard for me to sign up that same day. When I feel pressured, I push back. I asked if he could give me 24 hours to review everything with my husband and get back to them the next day.I never received the quote, nor did they honor my request for a little time.I’m very glad I stood my ground. They did a terrible job on my neighbor’s floor, which confirmed my gut feelnh that this was not a good fit.The young lady seemed like an honest, caring person. My suggestion to her is she might consider working for a different company because high pressure sales from a man in my home (when my husband wasn't there) just isn't the kind of company that will get my business.
