highly recommend EWF. I've been attending class since October last year and I am alot fitter then I was and been having fun with all the friendly people that also attend best money ever spent.

Highly recommend EWF Grantham! Jo is a fantastic instructor and so accommodating for us newbies. Great atmosphere at every class. Even though I spend most of my time laughing I definitely feel like I've learnt some new skills and look forward to progressing through all the belts.
