She went above and beyond to bring my vision to life and honestly, the results surpassed even what I had imagined.I have fine, tight 4b curls and got kinky curly hair installed using the micro K-tip method. The extensions are virtually undetectable, lightweight, and versatile enough to wear in an updo or a side part. With my different curl pattern in mind, Chanel was still able to blend my hair with a looser curl pattern seamlessly! She made the whole experience an absolute pleasure, and I left feeling confident and beautiful with my results. I traveled from Michigan to Houston and it was worth every penny for these results. Chanel took very good care of my hair. I didn’t think it could grow past my ears and after 3 Ktip installs, protein treatments, and regular washes my hair is almost to my bra. More than that it’s thicker and healthier. I use her leave in and follicle fertilizer religiously and my hair has never been healthier I’m so sad to see her move. While my hair looked beautiful after the initial K-Tip installation, the lack of professionalism afterward was disappointing. The service was supposed to include a complimentary shampoo, but despite multiple attempts to schedule it—including showing up for a confirmed appointment—I received no follow-up or courtesy.This stylist seems more focused on securing the initial high-cost appointment than building lasting relationships with clients. I had genuinely hoped to find a long-term stylist, but that doesn’t appear to be her priority.There are many other talented professionals in Houston who take pride in their work and value clients who can afford and are willing to invest in premium hair services. I’d recommend finding one of them instead.
