Josh, the owner, is an absolute gem! He is responsive, professional, thoughtful, communicative, sensitive and competent. We had an infestation of maggots and he discovered the source and sprayed for that and the flies that usually follow. Some days later I began to see flies and again, he responded swiftly and administered a second treatment, covered by the guarantee. His fee was comparable to other exterminators I have used in the past but the fact that he calls/texts when he says he will, to me is invaluable. I cannot recommend this company more and for certain I would not use anyone else in the future.Now I feel I must add this in: As I’m writing this review I got a text from my mother saying “He is the sweetest man I have ever met.” So there you have it: a gem of a human being.

Josh is amazing. He promptly responded to my initial outreach setting up a phone call to discuss my concerns. He took his time on the phone explaining his thoughts and ideas for treatment. He also was able to come into my home within a day of my request and took his time on my property to inspect and explain the issue, and then help me understand the treatment plan. He is thorough, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his work, and reassuring. Added bonus he’s reasonably priced. 10/10 recommended!

Josh (Buzzkill) is my 3rd exterminator. The other 2 were bigger businesses and the employees were not as invested in solving my problem like Josh. I was very anxious and wanted my problem resolved. He listened attentively, understood my concerns, and developed a plan. I am so grateful that someone recommended him to me and I am 100% satisfied with his work and compassion. Josh is the best!! Josh has been helping with a small ongoing roach problem in my apartment and he does fantastic work.He's incredibly friendly and professional; super responsive to texts and phone calls.He always communicates exactly what he's doing and why he's doing it, so I have a clear understanding of what the issue is and when I can expect to see improvement.This is someone who clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. If anyone is looking to for an exterminator, I wanted to share how much we loved Josh from Buzzkill Pest Control. Someone recommended him and I can’t thank them enough. Not only was he super friendly and kind, he was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a major yellow jacket issue and he came promptly and fixed the issue for us. We are so relieved and helpful! I can now leave and come in my home and not have to worry that my son will be stung!
