Excellent experience, highly recommend.Paul installed an induction hob and rewired our cooker onto a different electrical line.Our previous electric hob was a non-standard power (6 kW) and wired with our oven onto a single breaker. I talked at length with the new hob manufacturer and several retailers' technical support to try to figure out if we could just swap the new and old hob, but they were not helpful.Paul cleared everything up via email/Whatsapp in no time. Communication was friendly, clear, and responsive. He set a date on a short timeline to install the hob and rewire the oven. Very happy with everything and will certainly be the first call next time we need an electrician.

Very recently I had an electrical problem. I phoned Dickies, and spoke to Paul, who reassured and advised me, as I was fairly clueless! He examined everything meticulously until he could isolate the issue. He made sure all was safe, and put my mind at ease. I found him to be very diligent and professional, while also calm & polite. Paul was brilliant at addressing all concerns. Very reliable.
