I was referred to this mechanic by two friends for servicing on our Toyota Crown Athlete V.We had issues with the startup and took the car in to TyreChoice multiple times to have rectified.Several services later and over $3.5k spent, the issue was never resolved. We were continually told to “bring it back in for further diagnosis” with little understanding of what they were hoping to achieve.Took the vehicle to a different mechanic in Brooklyn who had found incorrect parts fitted and spent a full day bringing the car back to “stock”. He also managed to fix the startup issue straight away.I’m not saying that there was malpractice at play. It may have been a simple case of TyreChoice not knowing anything about these Toyota Crown models, but it has left a bad taste, and I would advise fellow Athlete V owners to not take their car here.

I have been going to Tyre Choice for almost 3 years now. Sang and the team are incredible. Extremely professional and when it comes to knowing how to take care of a car, these guys do not lack in that department whatsoever. They’ve handled multiple cars of mine with extreme care and patience. Not a single bell or whistle ever missed by these guys. If you’re like me and are extra protective over your vehicle do not hesitate to contact them. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
