F45 CP is such a supportive and welcoming gym . I love to start my day by hitting the gym and challenging myself to be better each and everyday. The coaches are so full of Zeal, enthusiasm, so friendly and are always there in studio encouraging me and everyone to push their limits off . Everyone is fantastic. I have gained so much confidence and strength within myself after joining F45. I have been to gyms before but this (F45CP) was the place i was looking for and I am so grateful that I have chosen F45 CP . I would highly recommend F45 CP to anyone who is hesitant to start the journey, give it a try and you will absolutely love it . The coaches are amazing and the vibe is great 🥰
