Very disappointing experience. We simply asked a question about how the queue works, and the manager was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. We hadn’t even had our car washed yet,we were just trying to understand the process. Because of the way we were treated, we decided to leave and take our business to another car wash instead. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here.

Once again had a couple of our company vehicles cleaned at "Big F Car Wash" and they are awesome. Also had our Silent Disco Panel Vans Headlights polished and they are much clearer. Great Job!

We arrived at the car wash and they insisted we pay upfront. Paid and walked around lifestyle for 45 minutes after they told us it would take about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later and they’ve ONLY NOW started to wash the car. Very frustrating

They are great when you get to come early or can make it before they start turning people away. I sadly can’t make the early morning times and have been turned away because they are closing soon or within 3 hours and their lead time is 3hrs (usually this long). I am now forced to find service somewhere ever that can work with my schedule even though they do great work.

We brought our cars in for a last minute wash. Tommy went above and beyond to ensure all three vehicles were cleaned to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back for sure!

Had my wife's Vitara and my Ranger washed there today - not sure when past the cars were this clean. Maybe when we bought them...Only recommendation would be to provide some customer Wi-Fi.And perhaps a free little air freshener in the car.Otherwise, flawless service.
