Our heat pump started making an humming sound and would not run so no AC. Our first experience was a call to Cindy on a Sunday. She was very pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. She was very helpful and dispatched Jacob right then for us while on the phone with her! Jacob even called us to let us know he was on his way! Jacob diagnosed our issue right away! The next day, less than 24 hours we were contacted by Carson that he is on his way with the capacitor and installed it fixing our heat pump! He even went the extra mile and tightened some of our blades that had worked loose. It has never sounded better in the 14 years we’ve had it! The owner even followed up with us! They were all very professional, knowledgeable, timely, excellent communication, and courteous! This was real teamwork and definitely going above and beyond!!! We are very happy with our experience and plan to call them for any future needs!!! Thank you for your excellent service!!!
