I would definitely recommend Alvarez Plumbing. I called Leo, told him my problem - which was a sprinkler pipe leak under a cement walkway slab. We discussed it and decided to get a leak detection company, they came out and located the leak. The guys did great job finding the leak. Leo opened up the concrete found the pipe cut it plugged it. My next request was to examine my drainage pipe, which I believe was full of roots and it was non-functioning. He took out his camera took a look. It obviously showed roots, Unfortunately my drain was too much in disrepair and has to be replaced. Leo did an excellent job in diagnosing and coming up with a plan to take care of the problem. I am very happy with his work. He is very personable and a great conversationalist makes you feel at easy. If you need a great plumber, call Alvarez Plumbing and Rooter Service... I highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing. Rosalio came out after hours and hydro jet some roots for me. Was at my home within 15 minutes. Very friendly and explained my situation and my options. Prices were fair and service was excellent.

I highly recommend this plumber! I called about a water pipe leak in front of my house, and he was able to come out within 20 minutes to take a look and give me a quote. His price was very reasonable, so I decided to have him do the repair right away. He started the job the same day and replaced my old galvanized pipe with a new copper pipe. He was also very helpful in explaining that the rest of my pipes are quite old and could potentially fail in the future, so he gave me a quote for upgrading those as well. I really appreciated the quick response, reasonable pricing, and honest recommendation. It's hard to find someone who can respond so quickly and get the job done the same day. Definitely recommend!

Leo was absolutely incredible in the level of service and work provided. I had a clogged pipe with roots and he was able to come on short notice to take care of it with hydro jetting service. The communication and level of work was top notch. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him for all of my future plumbing needs. Pricing was fair and in line with the larger companies (all quotes were around the same price), so I felt confident I wasn't overpaying. I went with hydro jetting as a temporary fix, and Rosalio applied that cost as a credit toward a future permanent repair (good for a year).
