I recently dealt with a sewer root intrusion and got quotes from four different plumbing companies. Some never showed up, others required an inspection fee just to take a look. Alvarez Plumbing stood out because they came out the same day, communicated clearly, and provided a free inspection. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He walked me through the camera inspection, explained what was in good shape, what wasn't, and what actually needed attention, without pressure or scare tactics. He even pointed out areas that didn't need repair, which was refreshing. Pricing was fair and in line with the larger companies (all quotes were around the same price), so I felt confident I wasn't overpaying. I went with hydro jetting as a temporary fix, and Rosalio applied that cost as a credit toward a future permanent repair (good for a year). That made the decision much easier since I'm not paying twice for the same problem. If you prefer working directly with a professional owner-operator who's straightforward, responsive, and honest, I'd definitely recommend giving Alvarez Plumbing a shot. I'm glad I did.

I had issues backflowing on my washer. Im a handy type of person and likes to do my stuff on my own so i did snake, balloon pressure water still same.... Then i told myself i need someone who knows their stuff well. I had high ratings company message me of course high pricing just coz they already have a reputation and can dictate their price. One company scheduled appt with me but was a bo show! He had high ratings but no call no show! Very unprofessional! Then another company quoted me and planned to come but last minute cancelled on me he too had high ratings but i didnt like that approach. Then i saw this guy i was skeptical coz he only had 1 review but then Again i said maybe he just started his yelp at least he has - good review. I called. We scheduled. He came. And fixed the problem! Hope more people give him reviews he deserve it. He gave me 6 mo warranty too. He did the pressure jetter i think its whats called i saw all the gunk in my pipes he cleaned it well and showed me video of it too. Thank you man !!
