We hired this company for a cleaning service and unfortunately the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on the price and service description.We scheduled two cleaners for three hours and were informed that, as first-time clients, we would receive an additional hour. With two cleaners working for a total of four hours, we expected a thorough cleaning. However, the scope of work completed did not seem to reflect the amount of time spent. Only two bathrooms, the living room, and a combined dining/kitchen area were addressed, yet several surfaces were still not wiped down. The overall efficiency of the service was disappointing.More concerning was the property damage that occurred during the cleaning. When we raised the issue, we were told the damage was already there. We take pride in our home and know the condition it was in prior to the appointment, so being told otherwise was frustrating and felt dismissive of our concerns.Unfortunately, between the incomplete cleaning and the way the damage concern was handled, the experience did not reflect the level of professionalism we were expecting for the amount paid. We also didn’t get that 4th hour since they left .
