I hired this service for a 3-hour cleaning, and the results were unacceptable. Not only was the cleaning incomplete, but they also damaged my property.The Cleaning: The counters and floors were still dirty when they left. Dusting was ignored—specifically the living room shelves—and the trash cans weren't even wiped down.The Damage: I discovered my toilet seat was damaged immediately after they left.The Management: When I contacted the manager, he was argumentative and dismissive. He refused to offer a partial refund and even insinuated the damage existed before the cleaners arrived. He expected me to believe the cleaning was thorough even though his cleaners left early without even wiping down the counters properly. After a brief exchange, he simply stopped responding.I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a professional clean and a company that stands behind their work. I left some photos of their finished work below.Edit: As you can see below the company refuses to acknowledge the damage they did to my home and my *partial* refund. They do not acknowledge their poor quality of work and due to their unprofessional conduct they are no longer welcome in my home as I've already told them. They will continue to be unwelcome as long as they continue to lie about the damage they caused. I will continue to insist on a refund and continue to comment and insist that my refund be provided.It appears after my review they got a quick succession of good reviews within a short time frame. My best guess is most of the 5 star reviews are fraudulent.

We hired this company for a cleaning service and unfortunately the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on the price and service description.We scheduled two cleaners for three hours and were informed that, as first-time clients, we would receive an additional hour. With two cleaners working for a total of four hours, we expected a thorough cleaning. However, the scope of work completed did not seem to reflect the amount of time spent. Only two bathrooms, the living room, and a combined dining/kitchen area were addressed, yet several surfaces were still not wiped down. The overall efficiency of the service was disappointing.More concerning was the property damage that occurred during the cleaning. When we raised the issue, we were told the damage was already there. We take pride in our home and know the condition it was in prior to the appointment, so being told otherwise was frustrating and felt dismissive of our concerns.Unfortunately, between the incomplete cleaning and the way the damage concern was handled, the experience did not reflect the level of professionalism we were expecting for the amount paid. We also didn’t get that 4th hour since they left .
